I am truly not sure. It is going into the shop tomorrow. Although, i just purchased it used, and when i park it on a hill. It makes this odd sound as if the body is going to fall apart? Sunroof exploded while traveling 70 mph on highway. No nearby vehicles, no obvious source of impact. Sunroof was in the closed position. Glass mostly contained above sunshade (which was closed) but some fell through air slots at the front. Very loud bang, like a gunshot when it exploded. Outside temperature was 56f, just crossing snoqualmie pass in wa state around 1pm.

Key gets stuck in the ignition frequently! It gets stuck and will not turn far enough to turn on and it also gets stuck where you cannot turn it off! I have to wait several minutes (up to 30 min) to try again to start or turn off the car. This is a waste of my time and i will never recommend any vw vehicle ever again!

While driving anytime that we would slow down or put the vehicle into reverse the vehicle would go randomly in neutral. It was randomly this would happen and became more frequent. Took it to a dealer and they said we would have to have the transmission replaced soon. Right before this their were about another $3,000 worth of issues we had to fix.

We have been victims of the well known long standing ignition key stuck issue on these vehicles. She stalled the car in the intersection then tried to restart but the key was stuck.
