The horn and alarm chirp has gone crazy. Sometimes horn works but very soft and some other times doesn't work at all. The alarm chirp same. This is a new car and we can't believe this is happening. Workmanship going bad or location of the horn getting too much water and this is not customers fault. This will happen on and off.

My vehicle starts to stall out while either pulling out in front of traffic or while sitting at a stop light. The car does not stall out completely but for 4 seconds + the car will be non responsive to the gas and the tachometer goes to 0 which when pulling out in front of someone with the car sitting idle when its supposed to be moving is very scary.
